Changes to the Affordable Care Act Employer Reporting Requirements relating to the distribution of 1095-B forms to employees passed into law on December 23, 2024. Effective 2025, employers are no longer required to provide covered individuals with paper copies of the form as part of the Paperwork Reduction Act Bill. If you would like to request a copy of the form, contact Dee Himes at 717-164-7653 x101 or send your request to dhimes@guilfordtwp.us and it will be distributed to you by January 31st or within 30 days from request, whichever is later, either via mail or email.
